Delivery and receipt time

1. In case of wholesale:

– For customers in remote provinces, after receiving the order, the expected delivery time is 15-20 days. However, depending on the condition of the goods and weather conditions, the delivery date will change.

– Delivery time is calculated from the time of completing the order procedure with the consultant until receiving the goods.

2.In case of retail:

– After being received and processed, orders will be delivered within 24 hours for customers in Ho Chi Minh City.

– For customers in remote provinces, after receiving the order, the expected delivery time is 3-7 days. However, depending on the condition of the goods and weather conditions, the delivery date will change.

– Delivery time is calculated from the time of completing the order procedure with the consultant until receiving the goods.

3.Delivery method:

– For customers from far away provinces: Use delivery or shuttle services.

– For inner city/suburban customers: Depending on how many orders the customer has.
